Experteer Overview
As a domain expert in revenue management, you will educate existing SiteMinder customers on the value of DR+ through consultative, data-driven discussions. You’ll lead upside revenue opportunities, demonstrate ROI, and guide customers from discovery to activation with the Customer Success team. This role sits in a fast-growing, international sales team and directly impacts pricing strategy and hotel outcomes. You’ll combine hands-on expertise with strategic GTM thinking to shape adoption and success.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Proactively conduct consultative upselling discussions with warm SiteMinder customers about revenue management strategies and goals
• Deliver compelling, data-driven product demonstrations showing how DR+ improves pricing, yield, and ROI
• Educate hoteliers using hands-on revenue management experience to align DR+ with commercial strategy
• Own end-to-end sales cycle within defined territory, from qualification to contract closing and activation handoff
• Aim to consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly DR+ upsell targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)



across activities, pipeline, and customer information
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine DR+ GTM messaging and execution

Responsabilidades
• Strong background in hotel revenue management and understanding of pricing, channel distribution, and forecasting
• Willingness to transition from operations into SaaS sales and learn consultative B2B methodologies
• Clear communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; fluent in German
• Experience in inside sales, account management, or commercially-focused B2B environment or strong aptitude to learn
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
• Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and standard business tools
