Responsibilities- Act as key operational partner for regulatory compliance for sustainability.- Drive day-to-day execution and provide regulatory insights.- Ensure integral compliance of HP products with environmental regulations and market access requirements.- Maintain visibility on regulations, trends, implementation status, risks, and challenges across regions.- Prepare and support monthly compliance reviews and reporting.- Track and resolve off-track items, driving actions and mitigation plans.- Support the development and quality of Working Assumptions and regulatory interpretations.- Act as packaging sustainability SME for customer inquiries and requirements.- Collaborate with HP product stewards to set and drive HP’s sustainability strategies and goals across functions.- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor landscape.Requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, Environmental Science or related field.- Knowledge and understanding of sustainability topics (ESG, recycling, circular economy, etc.)- Strong project management skills- Using data and AI tools- Typically, 2+ years’ experience in packaging design, sustainability,



compliance or with relevant work experience.- Desirable: experience/specialist knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (including WEEE and Batteries), Packaging or Product Repair & Longevity- Proven project management skills to lead projects and programs with team members from diverse technical backgrounds.- Ability to collaborate successfully, coordinating and directing virtual, matrixed teams and resources to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and solve complex problems.- Effective written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English.- Willingness to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.- Self‑motivated to make progress towards goals autonomously as needed.- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Experience or understanding of productivity software and tools, including AI, Power BI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and requests at the senior management level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
