Experteer Overview
In this Cloud Platform Engineer role, you design, build, and support secure, scalable Azure-based infrastructure within a platform engineering team. You work with DevOps, Security, and App teams to automate, secure, and optimize cloud services, enabling self-service capabilities for engineers. The position focuses on IaC with Terraform, secrets management, and robust CI/CD pipelines to boost reliability and compliance. You’ll help scale and harden enterprise cloud platforms while driving efficiency and best practices.

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ensuring reusable, modular, and well-governed deployments
• Administer and support HashiCorp Vault for secure secrets and credentials management
• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Define, maintain, and enhance the Cloud Service Catalogue to enable self-service capabilities for engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, cost-effective, and high-performing cloud solutions
• Ensure cloud platforms comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain technical documentation, architectural standards, and operational procedures
• Provide third-line (L3) support for cloud platform incidents and coordinate with vendors when required
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform automation, monitoring, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Building reusable Terraform modules for Azure resource provisioning
• Implementing Azure governance using Azure AD, RBAC, and native IAM capabilities
• Configuring and managing HashiCorp Vault for secure secrets management across cloud environments




• Designing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, incorporating automated testing and security scanning
• Reviewing infrastructure changes to ensure alignment with security, compliance, and engineering best practices
• Working closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to improve platform capabilities and developer experience
• Supporting platform upgrades, maintenance, and patching activities while minimizing service disruption
• Monitoring cloud infrastructure performance and implementing improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
• Contributing to internal technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering communities

Responsabilidades
• Strong hands-on experience managing and automating Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code best practices
• Experience implementing and administering HashiCorp Vault
• Strong experience building and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of Azure networking, identity, security, and governance services
• Experience with service catalogues and self-service platform capabilities
• Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure cloud architecture
• Proven experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise cloud platforms within regulated environments
• Experience integrating secrets management into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience developing reusable Terraform modules for large-scale cloud deployments
• Experience improving developer productivity through automation and self-service platforms
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across infrastructure, security, and development teams
