Experteer Overview As an Analyst in Global Export u0026amp; Agency Finance, you support ECA and MLA-backed origination and transactions across Latin America. You work with local and integral teams to convert opportunities into deals, delivering high-quality client materials and managing the pipeline. You will engage with agencies, banks, and internal stakeholders to drive cross-border financing solutions. This role offers exposure to a diverse, international environment with significant growth and impact in Santander's core markets.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Support the origination and follow-up of the ECA and MLA pipeline across the region
- Identify, screen and generate new business opportunities with local teams, coverage bankers, product specialists and clients
- Contribute to the preparation of high-quality client pitches, internal presentations and marketing materials
- Monitor regional business performance, including KPIs, pipeline evolution, revenues and management reporting
- Drive internal coordination across geographies and stakeholders (Project Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Eu0026S, Syndication, Middle Office)
- Support the execution of transactions with ECAs and MLAs through internal approval stages
- Contribute to business development initiatives to grow Santander’s ECA/MLA franchise in core LATAM markets




- Manage multiple workstreams across countries, teams and time zonesResponsabilidades
- Minimum of 2 years in corporate banking, investment banking, structured or export finance, or related financial services role
- Experience in client presentations, management reports, pipeline updates, and financial analysis
- International academic or professional experience valued
- Fluent English and Spanish; other languages (Portuguese or French) a plus
- Strong follow-up, organized, detail-oriented, and accurate
- Analytical skills to translate data into clear management messages
- Commercial mindset with ability to originate and develop opportunities across sectors and geographies
- Outgoing with strong people skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proactivity, creativity, and ability to work independently; capability to manage multiple streams
