Experteer Overview As part of ABB Robotics, you will lead end-to-end payroll transformation projects across multiple countries. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely payroll system implementations and a smooth transition to operations. You’ll guide discovery, design TO-BE processes, and coordinate vendors, data migration, and testing in a fast-paced, integral setting. This role combines hands-on project management with change facilitation, supporting a standalone robotics business during a pivotal transformation. You will contribute to shaping scalable payroll and HR processes at a global scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead payroll implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization
- Lead local country discovery to understand AS-IS and define TO-BE processes
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Payroll vendors, and business stakeholders
- Manage implementation of payroll systems, data integrations and migrations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and policies




- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements and document specs
- Oversee testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs) and defect resolution
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines; manage risks and mitigations
- Communicate with executive stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Support change management, training, and transition to BAU
- Ensure post-implementation support and project closureResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of project management in payroll or HR transformation
- Experience managing payroll implementations in managed services environments
- Experience with Workday (must-have) and Workday-to-Payroll integrations (must-have)
- Experience with Strada (nice-to-have) and divestments (nice-to-have)
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, compliance
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented with execution discipline
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for workshops and milestones
