TheSeniorMarketing Managerisresponsibleforthemanagement ofhis/her owncongresses' marketing activities.He/ShemanagesaTeam of Marketing Managers andMarketing Coordinators.He/Shealso developsmarketing strategies, managesbudgets and promotionalactivitiesand communicateswith clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage yourowncongresses' marketing activities; Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing CoordinatorsandMarketing Managers; Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs; Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies; Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets; Oversee the different marketing campaigns; Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities; Plan and implement promotional campaigns; Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results; Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos); Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns; Performothertasksrelatedtothecompany'sactivityanditswork,accordingtoaspecificassignmentbythedirectmanagerortheManager. REQUIREMENTS:
