Preply is seeking an experienced M&A; Senior Manager to lead deal origination, diligence and integration planning from our Strategy chapter in Barcelona. You’ll own the pipeline, evaluate targets with Finance, Legal and Product, and present board-ready recommendations.
You'll bring 7–10 years of M&A; experience, proven end-to-end execution, and strong financial modelling. Prior EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth tech exposure is highly valued in a fast-moving, collaborative culture.
