Impact

You will bring deep technical expertise to understand, characterize, and optimize materials, ensuring performance, compatibility, and scalability across our products and packaging systems.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and characterize materials and their chemical composition and behavior.
- Understand interactions between raw materials and packaging (tubes, bottles, etc.).
- Assess how supplier differences impact material performance and product quality.
- Investigate material�related issues and drive practical,



science�based solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross�functional teams across Product Science, MS&T;, and Quality.
- Translate complex findings into clear technical documentation and presentations.

Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Material Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- 3–8+ years in pharma, biotech, cosmetics, or injectable/aesthetic products.
- Strong expertise in material characterization and analytical techniques.
- Deep understanding of material interactions and applied science (not theoretical�only).
- Hands�on mindset with strong problem�solving and critical�thinking skills.
- Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities.
- Applied material science experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, aesthetics, cosmetics).
