Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive operational excellence in HR by integrating Agile methods and AI into the employee lifecycle. You will translate complex SOX and regulatory requirements into scalable, user-friendly experiences, working with cross-functional teams to transform compliance and workflows. You’ll lead the end-to-end design and launch of an enterprise HR virtual assistant powered by Atlassian Rovo with Jira Service Management. This position offers visibility across People and Talent and opportunities to shape the future of HR operations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and implement process improvements across People and Talent workflows
• Apply Agile project management to HR initiatives, including AI-driven transformations
• Analyze HR analytics dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights
• Mentor team members in content development for internal knowledge bases
• Support HRIS through UAT, system upgrades, interfaces, and data conversions
• Document process changes and maintain work instructions
• Provide coverage across the employee and contractor lifecycle
• Collaborate with Payroll/FPu0026A, Legal, Security,



and IT to ensure business continuity
• Maintain HR intranet content and address employee/manager HR questions and escalations
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from design to adoption and knowledge integration
• Oversee content maintenance and alignment with COEs
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information

Responsabilidades

• Highly organized with initiative and prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and partnership abilities
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and process optimization
• Understanding of how project goals align with organizational strategy
• Proficient with Google Suite, Workday (preferred), Jira, and Greenhouse
• Experience leading AI or technical transformation projects
