As QA Lead, you drive quality across the team and external partners to deliver magical, flawless gameplay. You mentor the QA group, set rigorous standards, and align testing with the game’s live operations and monetisation features. You will shape the quality strategy, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve. This role offers influence over QA practices at scale and a chance to impact a world-renowned mobile title. You will lead by example in a culture that prioritizes innovation and excellence.

• Own QA resourcing to ensure coverage across feature development, releases and live operations
• Define and continuously improve QA standards, processes, tooling and automation
• Own and implement the quality strategy across gameplay, progression, economy, monetisation, live events and backend systems




• Maintain clear visibility of quality, test coverage, defects and risks, providing evidence-based release recommendations
• Ensure appropriate coverage across supported devices, operating systems, regions and network conditions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align quality goals, identify risks early and drive issues through to resolution
• Mentor and coach team members in quality-assistance principles and effective testing practices
• Use live data, player feedback and root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and broader QA initiatives
