Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and evolve the global IAM and Zero Trust architecture to secure access across cloud, infrastructure, and applications. You’ll partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams to ensure governed, seamless access in a distributed environment. You will lead the adoption of Zero Trust, govern identities, and guide security best practices to strengthen our security posture. This position offers a chance to shape secure, scalable identity solutions at TD SYNNEX and collaborate across global teams.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and evolve global IAM and Zero Trust architecture, standards and roadmap
- Design and implement modern access solutions (SSO, MFA, passwordless, PAM)
- Lead adoption of Zero Trust principles (continuous verification, least-privilege)
- Drive identity governance (lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning)
- Partner with stakeholders to embed identity-first security across cloud, apps and infrastructure
- Assess access-related risks and develop mitigation strategies




- Provide technical leadership on IAM, Zero Trust and identity security best practices

- Strong cybersecurity experience with IAM, Zero Trust or security architecture
- Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Identity Governance
- Solid understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
- Experience securing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and modern identity concepts
- Excellent stakeholder management and international communication
- Certifications such as CISSP, SC-300 or equivalent are a plusRequisitos principales
