The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant.Main Duties- Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.- Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment- Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.- Develop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service.- Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.- Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc)- Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.- Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.- Attending regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.- Wiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins.- Resolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.- Take action in all matters related to safety, security,
