A hands-on, relationship-driven role combining strategic account planning with day-to-day negotiation.Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts across Home Care, Automotive, and Personal CareDrive sales growth and expand distribution across your assigned portfolioNegotiate commercial agreements, promotional plans, and pricing with major retail partnersAnalyse customer performance, margins,



and profitabilitySpot new business opportunities and support new product launchesWork closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing to execute commercial plansCoordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and external agents5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Mass Market/FMCG channelProven experience in Home Care, Automotive, or Personal CareExperience managing multiple brands and product portfoliosStrong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skillsResults-oriented, resilient, and proactiveFluent English required; Italian is a plusWillingness to travel extensively within Spain (at least 50%)Nice to have: experience with distributors, wholesalers, and external agentsBase Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 gross annual (depending on experience)Variable Package: 14% to 24% based on annual sales targetsBenefits: Company car, PC, mobile phoneMadrid, Spain — 6 days per month smart working, with the remaining time on-site.Regular travel across the assigned territory.
