Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site and remote technical support during project implementation (commissioning, validation, and handover)
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in real environments
- Execute product testing, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical validations
- Deliver technical training to clients and system integrators
- Coordinate with internal teams (support, pre-sales, sales, product, and R&D;) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with customer needs
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes,



products, and documentation
- Support technical customizations and project-specific adaptations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field)
- High level of Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
- Catalan is a plus (especially for local customer interaction)
- Experience in technical support or implementation of technology projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, especially in customer-facing situations
- Willingness to travel

Nice to have

- Experience with video surveillance systems, electronic security, or networking
- Knowledge of Hikvision products
- Experience working with system integrators or end customers
- Experience troubleshooting complex systems
- Experience in international environments
