Design and specification of the image acquisition system - camera + optical system.

Analysis of measurement and quality control projects using sensors of other types.

Preparation of diagrams describing the project topology for data acquisition, communications, processing, and computing.

Programming of application modules for image or signal processing.

Specification of the Human-Machine Interface (HMI).

Functional testing and debugging of image or signal processing code.





Commissioning of applications.

Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge of machine vision and image processing.

Knowledge of machine vision hardware - cameras, lenses, buses, acquisition cards, etc.

Knowledge of machine vision software - image processing libraries, vision programming environments, etc.

Knowledge of signal processing in general.
