Experteer Overview In this role you will lead site-based EHS activities on major Data Center construction projects in Madrid, ensuring safety programs align with client requirements. You will partner with project managers and trades to embed safety excellence, drive investigations, and implement lessons learned. You will coordinate with Turner u0026amp; Townsend’s Safety Programme while maintaining local code compliance. - Raise safety awareness among project managers
- Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan on site
- Lead safety meetings with client and trades
- Supervise client’s EHS oversight resources and outsourced competent persons
- Assess and approve contractor safety plans
- Review and comment on High Risk Activities
- Champion safety initiatives and support client safety campaigns
- Apply lessons learned and best practices




- Lead investigations and root cause analyses
- Provide safety support and guidance
- Ensure safety requirements and local codes are met
- Ensure alignment with the Safety Programme led by Turner u0026 TownsendResponsabilidades
- +8 years’ experience in EHS lead management positions
- Experience on large-scale, complex construction projects; Data Center experience preferred
- Proficient in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments
- Strong communication skills and ability to visualise and convey issues
- Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership to motivate teams of Consultants/Contractors
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships; client-facing
- Collaborative, proactive teamwork
