Experteer Overview In this role, you will guide agile delivery across Growth, Digital and Platforms to modernize and scale Mars Petcare’s digital-growth capabilities. You’ll support multiple teams and complex value streams, aligning cross-functional partners to fast, value-driven outcomes. You help improve delivery flow, manage dependencies, and enable collaboration across the organization’s boundaries. You will influence without formal authority, coaching teams and senior stakeholders to adopt agile practices and drive continuous improvement. - Substantial experience in a Scrum Master/Senior Agile leadership role
- Advanced knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile principles, and empirical product development
- Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience addressing impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Ability to distinguish team-, product-, engineering-, and organizational-level issues
- Strong backlog management, sprint planning, and value-based delivery understanding
- Experience using delivery data to drive improvement without punitive culture
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro or equivalent tools
- Experience with distributed, multicultural, cross-functional teams
- Strong English communication skills
