Responsibilities

Act as an HR Business Partner for the revenue organization in Spain and general functional business units

Support and enable OKRs and Workforce Planning

Steward performance management and day-to-day people topics

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters

Provide hands‑on HR support across areas such as employee relations, compensation, development, and organizational topics

Participate in international People projects and contribute to HR programs rollout

Support the day‑to‑day management of the office environment and drive employee engagement

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner

Excellent people management skills

Analytical and goal oriented

Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation

Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Strong collaboration skills

BS degree in Human Resources or related field

Fluency in Spanish and English
