- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Golden Record and governanceoperations (e.g. data quality checks, cleansing, reporting)
- Design, build, and deploy RPA/AI solutions (e.g. Python, UiPath/Power Automate,Databricks notebooks) to automate repetitive product data tasks
- Apply AI/ML techniques to support data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, andcompleteness scoring within the Critical Attribute Framework
- Partner with IT to embed automation without duplicating governance logic inside pipelinecode
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards (e.g. Power BI) supporting the Quality &Monitoring; stream
- Document and hand over automated processes so they can be maintained and scaledbeyond one person, avoiding new single-point-of-failure risk
- Track emerging RPA/AI tooling and recommend adoption where it reduces manualgovernance workload




- 3–5 years of experience building RPA/automation solutions (e.g. UiPath, PowerAutomate, Python)
- 2+ years applying AI/ML to data quality, matching, or anomaly detectionHands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Databricks) and SQL
- Understanding of master/product data management and governance conceptsExperience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
- Automotive, aftermarket, or manufacturing industry experience a plusStrong communication skills - able to translate technical automation into business value for non-technical stakeholders
- Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
