As Senior Specialist, Total Rewards, you will support and execute compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region, driving market insights, analyses, and reward cycles for 40+ countries. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, market-aligned offerings and data-driven decisions. The role blends analytics with stakeholder engagement in a matrixed global environment, offering hands-on impact on talent strategy from Budapest. You’ll help shape competitive Total Rewards and enable business success.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support annual compensation and benefits review processes across the EMEA region, including salary planning, market analysis, reporting, and manager tools
• Provide compensation analytics and market benchmarking insights to inform decisions and strategy
• Manage and optimize benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries with governance and compliance support
• Support EU Pay Transparency implementation across multiple countries, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Administer and analyze employee incentive programs based on business and performance metrics
• Participate in job evaluation and analysis activities, maintaining role descriptions and salary structures
• Deliver advanced HR data analytics and reporting to inform workforce planning and performance
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and leaders to execute Total Rewards programs
• Identify and drive Workday-enabled technology and process improvements to enhance delivery and efficiency of Total Rewards across EMEA
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR analytics in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and rewards administration
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and proficient PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regional and global teams
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
