RTO Supervisor

with

1-2 years of experience

who is eager to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, international, and constantly evolving environment. In this role, you will lead a team of 20-30 agents, monitor/a performance through KPIs, and collaborate with global stakeholders on the implementation of new processes, automation initiatives, and AI-driven projects. You will play a key role in bridging general strategy with local execution, helping to improve efficiency, team engagement, and operational performance across multiple markets. Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role. Experience tracking KPIs and driving process improvements. Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory). Strong leadership and people management skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets.

Salary: 30.000 € gross per year. Office hours, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working model: 3 days in the Poblenou office (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and 2 days working from home. 2 additional weeks of smart working per year.
