Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) About The Role Your clinical experience is more valuable than you think — beyond the bedside. We're looking for Nursing Informatics Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on healthcare and clinical content. You'll bring your real-world nursing knowledge to ensure AI understands clinical workflows, EHR systems, and patient care documentation the way a seasoned nurse does.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, nursing workflows, and EHR-related outputs for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic assumptions in how AI represents nursing practice and health informatics
Provide structured feedback on clinical documentation quality, terminology, and workflow logic
Translate your hands-on nursing experience into clear, actionable insights that improve AI outputs
Review and assess content related to EHR systems, patient safety, and clinical decision-making
Work independently and asynchronously — no set hours or schedules Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics principles
Able to critically evaluate content and communicate feedback clearly in writing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI or tech experience required — your nursing knowledge is what matters Nice to Have Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or a nursing informatics role
Background in data annotation, quality review, or clinical auditing
Familiarity with data quality or evaluation frameworks in healthcare settings
