Our Wholesale Department is looking for an intern to join us. If you are a fan of LOEWE, this is a great opportunity to gain experience with a leading luxury fashion house in a strategic department by working with its different teams (Merchandising and Business Performance).

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:

Data framework:

- Collaborate with the BP&T; Department in maintaining our reporting tools for the general Wholesale Team.
- Contribute to the continuous cleaning and checking of database (Partner, order, network, etc.) ensuring efficient maintenance (new and existing records).

Orders follow-up:

- Follow up and reporting of the inbound planning for all product categories, identifying alerts of main deviations vs plan.
- Follow up and analysis of the leftovers list and production cancellations.

Business Operations:

- Support the Team on the weekly performance reporting and review.
- Liaise with the SC team in the availability of stock opportunities.
- Support the Team in the partner’s reorder requests throughout the season.
- Assist with operational management,



including RTV processes and maintaining masterfiles.

Buying session:

- Ensure the products are properly uploaded and available in the buying tool, supporting clusters’ assignation.

Others:

- Support operational control of POs, including managing supplier invoices, monitoring team performance, communicating with commercial teams, and tracking POs across all wholesale accounts.

Profile

- Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Wholesale or Retail.
- Collaborative team player.
- Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work.
- Good analytical skills.
- High level of both Spanish and English; any other languages definitely a plus.
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
