Experteer Overview In this role you own the public sector product vision and roadmap, guiding a vertical strategy alongside Platform teams to serve public sector bodies with ERP and related capabilities. You’ll lead a cross-functional effort to close the gap between limited budgets and complex digital needs, while ensuring security, compliance, and transparent governance. You’ll work with government buyers and partners to drive impactful, compliant features that reduce administrative burden and improve decision-making. - Own the public sector vision, strategy and multi-horizon roadmap aligned with platform strategy and growth targets
- Lead a prioritized product backlog with engineering capacity, defining outcomes, success metrics, release plans and quality criteria
- Define adoption, usage and customer impact goals for every capability and measure post-launch performance
- Provide industry grounding and enable internal teams (marketing, analyst relations, pre-sales) to position and sell effectively
- Translate sector knowledge into investment-backed requirements and build-vs-partner decisions
- Define industry-specific blueprints, reference configurations and pre-built templates to speed up implementations




- Collaborate with horizontal product teams to reflect public sector needs in platform investments across finance, HR, procurement and operations
- Partner with Industry Growth Director on launch readiness, pricing, packaging and field enablement
- Engage with strategic customers and the Public Sector Industry Board to validate roadmap and capture outcomes
- Ensure regulatory, security, accessibility, and localisation requirements are reflected in the roadmap
- Monitor competitors and adapt positioning accordingly
- Work with partners to extend value proposition for public sector customersResponsabilidades
- Proven PM experience building enterprise software (ERP or enterprise SaaS) for public sector organizations
- Experience shipping products used by public sector finance and operations teams
- Deep knowledge of public finance management, accounting and budgeting practices
- Solid understanding of public procurement frameworks and ERP requirements (approval workflows, audit trails, supplier management, contract compliance)
- Understanding of security, data residency and audit expectations for government buyers and cloud ERP decisions
- Perspective on how AI can responsibly empower public sector organizations with efficiency and transparency
- Commercial orientation: understanding how product decisions affect ARR, win rate and retention
- Strong communication with senior public sector leaders (Head of Finance, Head of ICT)Requisitos principales
