Reports to : MRO Large Commercial Engine Programs Associate Director

Scope: At ITP Aero, we are looking for a Customer Support Senior Professional to join our MRO Business Unit and act as the primary interface between our organization and key GTF customers. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing risks, and supporting operational readiness across maintenance and repair activities.

Scope

Manage GTF Customer account for MRO.

Management of Contract Requirements.

Oversees service delivery performance, turnaround times, and compliance with contract.

Coordination with ITP OEM Program when required.

Participates in customer audits, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Supports contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.

This position requires close interaction with operations.

Accountabilities

Act as the main point of contact for assigned MRO customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Coordinate internal teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, quality) to meet customer requirements.

Manage administrative exchanges including contracts, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoicing.

Prepare and deliver structured reports to customers, including performance metrics, service status, and compliance indicators.





Ensure interface readiness for customer audits, technical reviews, and operational meetings.

Monitor and report internally on account performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Support forecasting and planning activities based on customer demand and maintenance schedules.

Collaborates with other Account Managers to share best practices and align on service standards

Profile

Proven experience in customer account management within the MRO or technical services sector.

Strong understanding of MRO & repair processes, and operational planning.

Proficiency in SAP MRO.

Education

Bachelor / Master Degr Engineering degree qualified in Aerospace or engineering related discipline.

Languages Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
