Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Telco and Media vertical in Equinix’s EMEA Solutions Engineering team, translating customer challenges into technical solutions across data center, network, and cloud offerings. You’ll work closely with Sales Account Executives to drive opportunities, deliver compelling technical content, and ensure smooth pre-sales-to-post-sales transitions. The position offers mentorship to build both technical and commercial acumen within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. - Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to identify customer needs and technical requirements
- Assist in composing RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and customer deliverables
- Support sales presentations and customer meetings with clear technical communication
- Coordinate pre-sales activities across Equinix products for a seamless customer experience
- Apply foundational understanding of Equinix data center, network, and cloud offerings to customer scenarios




- Analyze basic to moderate complexity data to develop effective solutions under supervision
- Support sales teams in acquiring new business and maintaining relationships by providing technical insights
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to post-salesResponsabilidades
- Foundational knowledge of data center, network, or cloud infrastructure concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical and business audiences
- Ability to manage pre-sales workflows from discovery to quote with growing independence
- Collaborative mindset and ability to build trust with peers, partners, and customers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience preferred
