Experteer Overview
In this role, you will shape strategic priorities for Supply Chain within BCG Vantage and lead value-driven delivery across case work and content initiatives. You’ll guide a team of Supply Chain experts, set vision and expand capabilities through innovative operations and new initiatives. You’ll contribute to commercial campaigns and external thought leadership while may influencing global Vantage initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive transformation and client impact at scale.

• Advise on technology and digital transformation initiatives in Supply Chain




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact client outcomes
• Advise clients on end-to-end supply chain optimization and digital enablement

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain (preferred) or 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Specialization in relevant Supply Chain topics
• Foundational AI knowledge for designing and deploying agents and workflows
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus (Spanish, German, or French)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration
