Role Description The OneStream Consultant will work on-site in Santander in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with finance and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and implement OneStream solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into robust OneStream designs, and building applications that support planning, consolidation, reporting, and other CPM processes.

The consultant will develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports, perform system testing, manage data integrations, and ensure solutions meet performance and compliance standards. The role also involves providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support,



as well as contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and AIQOS Solution Exchange accelerators. The consultant will work as part of a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of OneStream Software, including configuration, metadata design, cube and workflow setup, and report/dashboard development.
- Experience in corporate performance management (CPM) or EPM solutions, particularly in areas such as financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Solid finance and accounting background, with understanding of IFRS/GAAP, financial statements, and key performance indicators for enterprise-level organizations.
- Skills in data integration, ETL processes, and working with relational databases, along with proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting data quality issues.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, document solutions clearly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior consulting experience or work in multinational environments is beneficial
