As Senior Infrastructure Engineer in Barcelona, you will own and optimize critical production systems to ensure reliable, high-performing services for customers. You’ll operate within a measurable, KPI-driven ops environment and collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams to meet non-functional requirements. You’ll drive automation, observe AI-assisted capabilities, and improve incident response. This role places you at the heart of scalable, secure infrastructure in a globally distributed setting.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Operate integral production infrastructure with high availability and performance for customer-facing services• Own incidents end-to-end with rapid resolution and clear stakeholder communication• Improve SLA adherence, MTTR, and operational KPIs in a measurable framework• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues across compute, storage, virtualization, containers, and cloud• Advance monitoring, alerting, and observability practices• Identify and implement automation (Infrastructure as Code, scripting, tooling)• Contribute to AI-assisted operations and intelligent automation where applicable• Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering,
