Experteer Overview
As a Senior backend developer at papernest, you will own the technical direction of the B2B web platform used by agencies and their clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to shape scalable backend solutions and improve deployment speed and reliability. You’ll tackle billing automation, data management, and system integrations, delivering high-quality features from development to production. This role offers meaningful impact in a fast-growing, international environment with mentoring responsibilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own the product from a technical perspective and drive architecture decisions
• Collaborate with developers, product, QA, and teams across Europe
• Challenge requirements and anticipate technical challenges
• Propose and implement technical solutions to improve architecture
• Lead roadmap planning and ensure delivery
• Develop features with unit and integration tests
• Ensure features work from integration to production




• Participate in code reviews and process improvements
• Support deployment frequency and reduce lead time for changes
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across teams

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of backend development experience in Python
• Strong command of Python and Django
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases and Django ORM
• Good knowledge of Docker and Git
• Knowledge of web technologies
• Passion for new technologies and initiative
• Rigour and autonomy
• Interest in user experience as a product aspect
• Willingness to work with teams in France, Spain, and Poland
• Proficient English (written and spoken)
