Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as the technical expert for X-Rite color management solutions across Iberia. You will support customers remotely and on-site, collaborating with Sales, Support, and Ru0026amp;D to optimize workflows and drive product improvements. You’ll deliver demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting to help customers achieve accurate color from acquisition to reproduction. This position combines hands-on technical work with cross-functional collaboration to shape color technology adoption in Spain and Portugal.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Provide high-level technical support for X-Rite hardware and software, addressing color measurement and management challenges
• Support pre-sales with technical guidance, product selections, and demonstrations
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for customers (remote and on-site)




• Engage with customers to understand applications and design workflows integrating X-Rite solutions
• Collaborate with Ru0026D and Product Development by sharing feedback and improvement opportunities
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as application notes and user guides
• Travel to customer sites for installations, troubleshooting, and training across Spain and Portugal

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field
• 3 - 5 years in application engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
• Knowledge of color science and color management; experience with spectrophotometers and/or colorimeters
