Experteer Overview
In this role you drive IT services procurement within Roche's indirect category, aligning with cross-functional teams to deliver value and efficiency. You shape sourcing strategies, lead content and automation improvements, and ensure governance across the full lifecycle. You will partner with internal stakeholders to translate needs into sourcing and spend management actions. This position offers hybrid work, exposure to global procurement, and the opportunity to build a new Tu0026amp;M function within Digital u0026amp; Technology.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as a Category and sourcing expert for IT Services, developing strategies and tactical plans to source and negotiate third-party goods and services
• Execute sourcing strategies leveraging spend data, category knowledge, and contracting methodologies
• Develop content and automation to translate sourcing outcomes into automated buying channels
• Establish and lead the new Tu0026M procurement function for Digital u0026 Technology, defining end-to-end processes and ways of working




• Manage full sourcing and contracting lifecycle in line with global policies and governance
• Collaborate with chapters and capability areas to translate business needs into procurement actions
• Support day-to-day operations, demand management, and delivery of productivity and customer-focused projects

Responsabilidades
• University degree, preferably in business or related discipline
• 5+ years of procurement experience in strategic sourcing, category strategy, and project execution
• experience with procurement systems and processes
• knowledge of IT Services commodity and adjacent areas
• curiosity, active listening, willingness to experiment and continuous improvement
• open-minded and inclusive, collaborative with others
• project management skills
• Business-level English
