Full training will be provided, making this an adecuado entry-level position.Key Responsibilities- Helping individuals access clinical research opportunities.- Conduct telephone-based screening of potential study participants against protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.- Accurately enter, review, update,



and maintain patient information within clinical trial management systems.- Schedule suitable participants into site appointments and maintain accurate booking records.Required Skills & ExperienceEssential- Fluent Spanish language skills.- Good English language skills, particularly reading and written communication.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable speaking with individuals over the phone for extended periods.- Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.- Eligible to work as a freelance contractor (Autónomo) in Spain.Preferred- Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Psychology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.- Previous experience in a customer service, call centre, outbound calling, patient-facing, recruitment, or administrative environment.
