You will play a critical role in leading sector thought leadership, pipeline building, due diligence, and portfolio management to drive successful financial and impact outcomes for Sagana’s global portfolio of direct and funds.You will be responsible for proactively building and managing a pipeline of high-potential opportunities. This includes originating and sourcing deals, conducting market landscaping, leading due diligence processes, and driving execution across Seed-to-Growth-stage investments.The sector focus for this role will be across climate, energy, and the circular economy. This may include thematics such as energy transition, energy storage, energy efficiency, industrial decarbonization, sustainable materials, clean mobility, clean hydrogen, carbon capture and utilization, circular business models, waste reduction, resource efficiency and related climate solutions.You will also take a highly engaged role in portfolio management - working directly with founders and leadership teams to help shape business strategy, strengthen operations, support capital raises, improve reporting, and drive impact performance.We are looking for someone who is a proactive critical thinker, hungry to learn, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is excited by the challenge of building an exceptional, mission-aligned portfolio from the ground up.
