This position is based 100% on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain). ✨ Your Role:

Design, maintain, and optimize internal data using internal and external tools

Own clinic scheduling and capacity management. Open and close agendas and help to harmonize visit types amongst countries for efficiency

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly updating records and implementing quality control measures.

Assist in data management and help with data integrity, deepdiving in each patient situation, and help to have a clean database

Assist in creating data and help to put controls over different departments

Conduct in-depth data analysis, identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns to inform strategic decision-making in the requested areas

Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments (Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal, Operations, Country, and Customer Care)



to ensure alignment on data processes and strategy.

Identify and investigate inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks in current workflows, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Monitor and assess the performance of the company's OKRs

Take the initiative to identify new trends, technologies, or methodologies that could improve workflows.

Lead by example & never stop improving ? What You’ll Bring:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to support daily cross-functional work

Degree in Economics or Statistics

Experience in operations within a company in the dental or similar sectors such as Retail, Luxury, Aesthetics, or direct-to-consumer sales

100% hands-on mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement

Strong communication skills

Ability to work with data and conduct analysis for strategic decisions
