Experteer Overview In this role you drive data-driven improvements across pricing processes and governance within ES EMEA, aligning price strategy with execution to support revenue, margin, and customer experience. You will streamline end-to-end pricing activities and implement scalable improvements across regions. You’ll reduce manual work and automate where possible, while ensuring policy and strategy stay aligned with operations. - Analyze end-to-end pricing processes (governance, approvals, analytics, budgeting, CPQ, price execution) to identify inefficiencies and risks
- Design and implement standardized, scalable pricing process improvements across regions
- Reduce manual workarounds, exceptions, and rework through simplification and automation

- Bachelor in Finance, Economics,



or Business; 5+ years of pricing experience (finance or sales exposure a plus)
- Strong understanding of pricing processes, governance, and commercial operations
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and opportunities across end-to-end processes
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving adoption of new ways of working
- Strong change management, stakeholder influence, and collaboration skills
- Technical and analytical skills with experience in SAP, CPQ, or related enterprise systems
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
