In this role you will partner with Commercial teams to execute and scale CRM capabilities while safeguarding high‑quality master data across EMEA. You will build and maintain Veeva CRM/Vault features to enable insight‑driven field execution and support data governance. You will manage MDM processes, data quality improvements, and data integration activities to improve commercial decision‑making. This position sits at the intersection of data, systems, and commercial excellence within a fast‑moving, growth‑focused environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Build, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM / Vault features aligned to commercial priorities
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions with a balance of UX, compliance, and efficiency
• Operate day‑to‑day Master Data Management (MDM) processes and evaluate customer data
• Execute data quality improvements across MDM and CRM, including data cleanup and validation
• Support MDM and CRM integration activities, including onboarding and data migration
• Partner with Commercial Data Enablement, Analytics, Sales Operations,



and IT to prioritize enhancements and resolve data issues
• Act as frontline support for field teams, handling requests, testing, and ensuring production readiness
• Maintain documentation of business rules, configurations, and data decisions; track data KPIs

Responsabilidades
• Experience in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European commercial organizations
• Hands‑on experience with Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault configuration and deployment
• Strong understanding of master data concepts (customer hierarchies, matching, survivorship, validation)
• Experience with data quality, data stewardship, or CRM data management
• Ability to manage both system configuration tasks and operational data workloads in a fast pace
• Experience with functional testing, validation, and supporting user acceptance testing
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with stakeholders and IT partners
• Proactive, execution‑oriented mindset focused on data quality and user experience
