About the Role
As a Senior Data Governance Leader, you will drive the operational transformation of our general governance function, turning multi-industry legacy data into a unified, production-ready foundation. You will partner with Data Operations, ML teams, and international hubs to establish core quality baselines and architect scalable taxonomy and MDM structures. This is a high-impact,



execution-focused role for a builder who excels at translating governance policy into testable, working artifacts—ensuring our standards remain consistent, conflict-free, and actively enforced at scale.

- Author, maintain, and version enterprise taxonomies, business term definitions, and master data hierarchies to consolidate legacy structures across four distinct organizations and two industries into a single unified taxonomy
- Translate governance strategies into structured, testable data quality rules—assigning consistent rule IDs across taxonomies to ensure governance actively runs in production systems..
- Run routine rule-library analysis to detect duplicates, conflicts, and coverage gaps, and prepare findings for governance review.
