Job Description
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and experienced Chief Stewardess looking to lead a well-established team on a prestigious private yacht.
- The adecuado candidate will be a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards of service, housekeeping and guest care, while creating a positive and supportive working environment for the interior team.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts 70m+.




- Proven experience managing and mentoring a large interior team..
- Highly organised with excellent administration and time management skills.
- Previous shipyard or refit experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, floristry and luxury hospitality.
- Experience with interior management systems such as Pinpoint Works and Microsoft Office is essential.
- A calm, approachable and professional leader with excellent communication skills.
