As Site Head of Biostatistics, you lead the local Biostatistics department to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and efficient collaboration with other functions. You oversee senior staff, drive strategic initiatives, and maintain scientific and regulatory rigor across projects. You play a key role in client interactions, proposals, and budget oversight, shaping how biostatistics supports trials and regulatory submissions. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, including 6 years in management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in SAS; working knowledge of CDISC/ADaM
• Familiarity with GCP and ICH guidelines; regulatory awareness
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead teams; problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to establish effective relationships with clients, coworkers and management
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a commitment to quality
• Experience leading project protocols, analysis plans, and NDA sections (preferred)
