About The Campfire CompanyCampfire Company is on a mission to nurture the teams that shape the future. We connect teams with each other and with nature through powerful retreats and offsites. We believe that in a world of digital exhaustion and AI-driven transactionalism, real human connection is the ultimate luxury.
We believe that meaningful time spent together can improve the way people communicate, collaborate and build trust. Our goal is not simply to organise events, but to create experiences that help teams connect and work better together, in nature.
This philosophy also shapes the way we work internally. Our team is international, collaborative and hands-on, and we value people who take ownership, communicate openly and look for practical solutions. We work in a fast-moving environment, so reliability, flexibility and the ability to adapt are particularly important.
We are also curious about new ways of working. We regularly use AI tools, automation and less traditional software to improve our processes, and we appreciate people who are comfortable learning new systems and experimenting with better ways of doing things.
Throughout the year, we bring our own team together for company retreats, creating space to connect, exchange ideas and experience the kind of work we deliver for our clients.
