Experteer Overview
In this role you will prospect office buildings for marketing and tenant identification, managing the full marketing process through lease signing. You will negotiate exclusive marketing mandates and develop asset business plans, coordinating with landlords and cross-functional teams. The position focuses on aligning assets with tenant needs while proactively pursuing opportunities. You will contribute to JLL's collaborative culture and impact the office market in Barcelona.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Prospect and identify office buildings for marketing (sale or rent) using multiple channels.
• Negotiate exclusive marketing mandates with landlords.
• Manage the marketing process up to lease contract signature.
• Develop business plans for assets under responsibility.




• Identify potential tenants for each mandate and analyze tenant needs.
• Proactively search for opportunities and mandates.
• Periodically monitor marketing status with landlords.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in law, business or similar
• Three years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced level of English and Spanish
• Negotiation and initiative capabilities
• Familiarity with business management software tools (MS Office)
• Driver's license (a plus)
