Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and grow a team of consultants within the Málaga hub, aligning local operations with Belgian leadership. You’ll drive capacity planning, performance via KPIs, and cross-country collaboration to support theHub South growth. You will translate business needs into actionable operational steps and foster a positive, high-engagement team culture. This position offers a meaningful impact by enabling efficient time management solutions across Europe and contributing to scale and continuous improvement.

• Serve as the local contact between Hub South and Belgium leadership to ensure alignment

• Enjoy working in a dynamic international environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Belgium
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French; knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset
