Experteer Overview
As Genesis OR Consultant, you will support hospitals and surgical teams to launch and optimize robotic surgery programs. You’ll implement standardization, efficiency, and training initiatives across cross-functional teams to maximize program performance. Your work combines onsite and remote consulting, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable value. This role offers meaningful impact in advancing minimally invasive care at a global scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain deep expertise in Intuitive technologies, instruments, and accessories
• Independently manage territory while handling consulting engagements and admin tasks
• Design and deliver Genesis OR consulting and educational programs for selected customer accounts
• Lead multi-layered engagements with hospital stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions
• Deliver high-impact consulting on workflow standardization, OR efficiency, staff training, and cost containment
• Coordinate cross-team collaboration to meet implementation goals and customer milestones
• Analyze usage patterns and performance data to tailor engagements and demonstrate value




• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to align customer strategy and execution
• Support Genesis events, conferences, and training sessions (virtual and live)
• Participate in new product rollout, adoption, and integration planning
• Gather and report customer feedback to enable rapid resolution and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/healthcare experience
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or hospital management, preferably in B2B sales or hospital leadership
• Experience in Operating Room environments
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and adaptable with extended hours
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder navigation in healthcare environments
• Clear cross-organizational communication
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Change Management training is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management experience
• Fluency in English, Spanish and Catalan
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
• Minimum 24 months in this role before internal mobility
