We are seeking a Regional Journal Development Editor to join our team. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Candidates must be based in one of the following cities: Rome, Berlin, London, Madrid, Washington, D.C., Ottawa, Canberra, Seoul, or Tokyo. Responsibilities:

Promote the company’s journals within the local academic community to enhance journal visibility and academic impact. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with universities, hospitals, research institutions, academic societies, and conference organizers. Be responsible for inviting high-quality manuscript submissions by proactively identifying and contacting potential authors, research teams, and subject experts, and by commissioning and encouraging high-quality submissions based on the journal’s scope, research trends, and special topic directions. Represent the company and its journals at academic conferences, institutional visits, webinars, academic exchange activities, and local academic networking events. Collect local market information and monitor and follow up on research trends in relevant fields.



Submit regular work progress reports, including academic contact development, potential collaboration opportunities, conference resources, market feedback, and journal development suggestions. Requirements:

PhD in molecular biology, biomedicine, life sciences, nutrition, materials science, social sciences, or a related discipline. Familiarity with the local academic environment of hospitals, research institutions, or universities. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Ability to proactively identify potential academic resources and conduct professional and timely follow-up. We offer:
