Experteer Overview In this leadership role, you will drive commercial operations across international branches, aligning regional actions with overall business objectives. You will lead and develop decentralized teams, ensure robust contract management and KPI monitoring, and nurture relationships with key clients and authorities. You’ll focus on safety culture and regulatory compliance while seeking new service opportunities in Europe and LATAM. - Maintain knowledge of current contracts across regions and execution status
- Monitor commercial performance: backlog, revenue forecasts, and sales trends
- Resolve client requests and incidents related to contracts
- Coordinate commercial and business development actions with Europe and LATAM branches
- Lead and develop decentralized teams (Services Managers, Project Managers, Branch Managers) across multiple locations
- Promote prevention and safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage relationships with key clients, authorities, and stakeholders in the airport ecosystem
- Analyze local markets to identify service opportunities




- Oversee people management, administration, and sales within scope of responsibilityResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- 5–10 years in commercial roles within international service companies or large projects
- Strong knowledge of airport market and applicable regulations
- Proven experience in contract management, warranty control, and KPI tracking
- Solid track record leading decentralized or international teams with remote coordination
- Strong focus on occupational safety and prevention in operational environments
- Excellent client relationship and institutional representation skills
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in international environments (Europe and LATAM)
- Travel availability ~30%
- Advanced English; additional languages a plus
