Green Hat Consulting (https://greenhatconsulting.net/) is a consultancy firm within the energy sector based on La Coruña (Spain) which focuses into the following areas:

a. Procurement related activities on behalf of project developers

b. Sales and project management activities on behalf of offshore wind contractors

c. Asset management services on behalf of offshore wind contractors

Green Hat has a lean structure focus on delivering the different assignments with top quality and professionalism. This position aims to further develop Green Hat´s capabilities on the consultancy related services.

Assignments will include:

Procurement related process for large scale international renewable projects (solar PV, BESS and/or wind projects)

Tendering and Contract negotiations for TSA and/or SMA package for renewable projects as well as other ad-hoc agreements (e.g. BIMCOs, harbour leases, etc)

Tendering and Contract negotiations for Balance of Plant package for renewable projects

Asset management and claim management for large escale offshore projects

What we are looking for?

Minimum 3 years of experience within wind (onshore/offshore) in a is a must

Excellent communication skills in English is a must given that the assignments will be for international projects





Contractual & commercial expertise

Proven experience in purchasing process related to large scale infrastructure projects is a plus

Proven experience of the FIDIC and BIMCO based contract agreements is a plus

Proven experience in commercial project management, sales and/or procurement roles related to large scale infrastructure projects is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

University Degree on Engineering

Based on La Coruña area or willingness to relocate to La Coruña

Professional use of the microsoft office package (specially powerpoint, word and excel)

Ability to learn and incorporate AI tools into work pattern

English: C1 Advanced level or similar

Availability to travel depending on company's requirements

Good communicator with positive attitude and willingness to make a difference whilst having fun
