- Manage and optimize data backup services for customers

- Oversee change management processes and ensure regulatory, legal, and professional compliance

- Experience in supporting and implementing Security u0026 Incident Recovery solutions
- Experience with hardware, software, and network firewalls and encryption protocols
- Knowledge of NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains
- Understanding of resilience and recovery components (e.G., Veritas, Dell, Rubrik)
- Experience with hyperscalers (e.G., AWS, Microsoft)
