Experteer Overview
As a sovereign AI toolchain specialist, you design, build, and operate air-gapped AI platforms for secure, enterprise workloads. You will run Kubernetes-based environments optimized for AI inference, retrieval, and agent execution in isolated settings. You deploy and manage open-source or open-weight model stacks and gateways, with a focus on auditable, on-prem delivery. You implement IaC and GitOps to ensure reproducible, secure operations and maintain local registries, access controls, and observability in environments with limited public cloud access. The role emphasizes performance, security, and data sovereignty across GPU-enabled workloads and dedicated infrastructure.

• Design and operate Kubernetes environments for AI inference, retrieval, and agent execution in secure or isolated settings
• Deploy and run open-source/open-weight model stacks, model gateways, and vector stores




• Build reproducible platform automation using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps for auditable delivery
• Manage local registries, mirrors, secrets, access controls, storage, networking, and observability in air-gapped environments
• Optimize GPU, compute, and storage usage while upholding security and data sovereignty

Responsabilidades
• Knowledge of Kubernetes-based platform engineering for AI workloads
• Experience with open-source or open-weight LLM stacks and local/self-hosted serving endpoints
• Familiarity with IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD)
• Experience managing private registries, secrets, storage, networking, and observability in restricted environments
• Awareness of GPU-backed nodes, CPU fallback, storage performance, and on-prem/dedicated infrastructure
