About the roleWe are looking for a responsible and experiencedData Analytics Team Leadto join our efforts in taking over the print‑on‑demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.Your daily tasks will includeLead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across our Supply domainGuide data analysis work across a wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and othersPerformance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analystsDrive high-impact analytical initiatives across the organisationBuild relationships and manage a wide array of stakeholdersCreate, prioritise and proactively communicate the backlog of the analytics team. Work together with the Heads of Product to align the backlog to the top impactful initiatives in the Supply areaLead efforts to enhance data‑drivenness in the company. Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its valueParticipate in the hiring process to bring the best product and data analytics talent to FYULEquip the team with the latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to FYUL businessYour qualificationsStrong written & verbal English communication skillsTrack record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups5+ years of professional experience in data analysis1+ years of experience leading a team of data analystsPrevious experience in a product company or a marketplace is a plusPrior experience applying AI in a data context is a plus, but not expected.
A strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate it into workflows is essential.Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarised data analysis resultsAdvanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehousesHands‑on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualisations (Looker is a plus)Solid understanding of data modelling and data quality principlesHands‑on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus)Solid understanding of statistics and AB testing.
